Free evening for a stroll into Athens and to get to know its astonishing night life.

Day 2 - Wine and Culinary Tour in Peloponnese
The glory of Athens is left behind us, as we head towards the historic land of Peloponnese. We cross the Corinth Canal and arrive to Nemea. Here, the mild, rainy winters and the hot summers give birth to some extraordinary red wine-poetry.
The first winery we visit in Nemea produces exquisite wines, especially reds with deep color and remarkable aroma. In the second winery you can enjoy wines full of tradition. Local snacks served beautifully amongst the golden vines shall close your visit in a poetic way.
Our next stop is like a tender touch in our souls by the ancient Greek Gods. Amongst the silver-green olive trees, the ancient theatre of Epidaurus never ceases to amaze us with its unrivalled beauty, excellent acoustics and everlasting cultural significance. Our first night out will fill you with special memories that only Nafplio can inspire. A graphic town that has served as the Greek capital of the newly established Greek state in 1821, is the perfect scenery for a traditional meal and a glass of local wine.

Day 3 - Wine and culinary Tour in Peloponnese
We welcome the new day with high expectations! After breakfast, we head straight to a winery in Argos . The owner is a Dijon oenology graduate, practicing the Greek winemaking for the last 15years. He is, in fact, a restless spirit. He is the first winemaker who had the excellent idea to blend the native Aghiorghitiko with the Cabernet Sauvignon. Next, we climb up Mount Parnon. Natural beauties and a long tradition in superior quality wines, will make you feel regenerated. The winery we visit is at the foothill of the mountain and offers you generously great, award winning wines.
The next winery is in the heart of Arcadia. Wines extremely rich in flavour, with rose and citrus aromas are produced here since the 19th century, by the same family. After a full of experiences and flavours day, we reach the modern town of Olympia and settle in at our hotel. Before a good night’s sleep we enjoy a good chef’s dinner with local specialties.

Day 4 - Wine and Culinary Tour in Peloponnese
Two rivers, Alpheios and Cladeos, meet at the foot of mount Kronion. Here lies the Ancient Olympia, the motherland of the Olympic Games. It’s a sight worth seeing before visiting one of Greece’s oldest and much respected wineries .
After a slow walk in the vineyards of famous Mavrodaphne and Refosco, and a delightful stroll in the beautiful nature that surrounds the estate, you are welcomed to enjoy a traditional meze and a “poetic” winetasting journey under the old, green pine-trees and over the vast, blue Ionian Sea.
On our way back to Athens we stop at Kalavrita to hop on the famous funicular train and travel down the mountain. The tracks follow Vouriakos river through tunnels, over water-falls, along cliffs and through forests of pine and oleander. This is one of the most spectacular train rides in the Balkans. You ought to live it!
